ENFORCING T’S&C’S

I am self employed. When clients fail to show up to their appointment or cancel on short notice, I am unable to fill the appointment and lose my income. These terms can be extremely difficult for me to enforce due to the relationships I build with my clients but I have to be firm with these terms to protect my business and lively hood.

Thank you for understanding and respecting my terms.

DISCLAIMER

Permanent make up is a form of cosmetic tattooing where pigment is placed in the dermal/epidermal layer of the tissue. Retention of the pigment is out of our control, as it is determined by the patient’s skin type, how well they follow after-care procedures, as well as their immune system, therefore no specific result can be 100% guaranteed. Failing to do your touch up procedure will result in your new tattoo not lasting as long as it should and we will not be held accountable for the results fading sooner than the allotted time it should as discussed.

For all aesthetics procedures, it is imperative to follow your after-care or BOSS IT UP cannot be held liable for the desired outcome. Remember that with all aesthetic procedures, healing is part of the procedure and results are based on how well you care for it after. 50% is my responsibility and 50% is yours!
